Knowing Your Heart Rate

Knowing your heart rate will let you know if you should see a Doctor.

Pulse

The normal range for beats per minute are 60-100. How to find out how to get this number you find the pulse on your neck or wrist. There are other spots to detect a pulse however these are the best choices. Using your index and second finger only press on the pulse and count the beats in a 15 second period. Multiply that number by 4 to reach beats per minute.
